Complex Chronic Diseases Program 2017 World Cafe Survey Findings

Back at the end of May, the BC Women's Hospital and the Complex Chronic Diseases Program (CCDP) hosted a World Cafe event and online survey in partnership with the CCDP Community Advisory Committee and the ME/FM Society of BC. The purpose of the event was to seek feedback from the ME and FM communities to create actions the hospital and CCDP can take to improve the program. Through the event and survey the hospital and CCDP also sought feedback and suggestions that they may not be able to address immediately, but that could serve as possible long term goals.

The results are in and have been published on the CCDP website: Complex Chronic Disease Program (CCDP) Patient Engagement Findings October 2017, prepared by Shab Ziabakhsh, PhD Evaluation Specialist BC Women’s Hospital + Health centre, and Jill Pascoe, MSW RSW Program Manager Complex Chronic Disease Program BC Women’s Hospital + Health centre

(There is a link to the document on the CCDP News & Announcements page)

Many thanks to Jill and Shab for preparing the findings document, and to the staff from BC Women's and the CCDP who helped to make this event and survey possible. We look forward to further such collaborations in the near future.
