EDITING TEXT IN YOUR POSTS If you want to edit text in your post (ie. make it bold, italic, hyperlinked, etc.) Just highlight the text while your post is in edit mode. Above the text there should be a pop-up menu of options. Just select the one you would like to use. To un-select it, just click that same button again.

NAVIGATING THE FORUM To go back and forth between forum pages, DO NOT use the back arrow on your browser. Instead go to the FORUM HEADER (where your picture, notifications, and member icons are). On the far left, it lists the trail of pages you have clicked. To go back to the main page, click "ME and FM Support Group". This will take you back to the main categories page where you can choose a new category to view. If you want to go to another page you've come from, choose that page instead.
