What these illnesses are
Myth 2
These are, at best, mental illnesses. You just feel tired because you are depressed or stressed.

Myth 5
These are “illnesses” of middle aged, white, overweight, middle class, unhappy women.

Myth 3
You are just out of shape (deconditioned). You need to start exercising every day.

Myth 1
It isn’t that serious. “I get tired and have bad concentration, too. Have some coffee and stop complaining.”

Myth 2
If you could do something yesterday, you must be faking today. “I saw you out yesterday. You looked fine. How can you be missing work today?”
