What these illnesses are
Myth 1

ME/CFS and Long-COVID are made up (hypochondria).

Myth 4

People with ME/CFS or Long-COVID are just lazy people who lack motivation.

Myth 2

These are, at best, mental illnesses. You just feel tired because you are depressed or stressed.

Myth 5

These are “illnesses” of middle aged, white, overweight, middle class, unhappy women.

Myth 3

You are just out of shape (deconditioned). You need to start exercising every day.
