Canadian Dental Care Plan Now Open to All Eligible Canadians

The following information was first distributed in June of 2025

All remaining eligible Canadians aged 18 to 64 can now apply for the CDCP, with coverage starting as early as June 1, 2025.

Canadian Dental Care Plan expands to include millions of new eligible Canadians - Canada.ca 

To qualify: be a Canadian resident with household income under $90,000, no existing dental insurance The Canadian Dental Care Plan - Canada.ca, and have filed your 2024 tax return. The plan covers essential dental services like cleanings and fillings, with co-payments for those earning $70,000-$89,999.
